Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Try Endura for 30 days. If you're not happy with your first order for any reason, email us at info@enduraessence.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for the products to your original payment method. Opened tins are fine, and you don't need to send anything back.

• The guarantee covers your first order, whether that's a single tin, the Buy 2, get 1 free bundle, or the first month of a subscription. It applies once per customer.
• Shipping fees aren't refundable.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after your first order so no further shipments are sent. Later subscription shipments aren't covered by the guarantee.

Please include your order number in your email. Once we approve your refund, it's issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@enduraessence.com.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
